I've made my mark successfully launching new products, pioneering sales and digital marketing transformations, and building revenue-generating marketing teams. As the Senior Vice President of Marketing for the Americas and Europe at LHH, a global career transition and talent development company, I led transformation initiatives, including launching a B2C marketing function and e-commerce channel for mid-market businesses and modernizing sales and marketing playbooks, driving a 20% YOY increase in marketing-contributed revenue within my first year.
During my time at POLITICO Pro, I built the marketing function from the ground up and modernized go-to-market strategies, focusing on brand awareness and demand generation strategies that aligned with modern buying behaviors. This experience led to improved efficiency in the sales process and an impressive surge in marketing-generated revenue and sales efficiency.
